Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using NuroNet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What NuroNet Is

NuroNet is a productivity and task management tool. It provides kanban boards, projects, focus timers, energy-based planning, recurring task automation, and collaboration features for teams and individuals.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use NuroNet
  • You are responsible for the people you invite to your boards and workspaces

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of the boards, cards, comments, and other content you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, and display that content in order to run the service for you and the collaborators you have invited.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to share it with the people you invite.

5. Pricing

NuroNet is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will give notice before any charge applies to you, and you will always be asked to agree before being billed.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content
  • Do not attempt to access boards or workspaces you have not been invited to
  • Do not interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service
  • Do not use automations to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Availability and Your Data

We work to keep NuroNet available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we do not guarantee that content is never lost. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

8. Termination

You may stop using NuroNet and delete your data at any time via the Delete My Data page. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will revise the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
